Information we collect
When you fill in the call request form we receive your full name, phone, specialty, city and, optionally, your clinic name. When you visit the site, server logs keep your IP address and browser information.
How we use it
- To contact you and schedule the call.
- To prepare the visibility report for your specialty and area.
- To keep the service reliable and secure.
Your information is not given to third parties for marketing. Form data is only sent to the Docleus team by email; it is not stored in a separate database.
Third-party services
An email delivery provider is used to send form emails and Google Fonts for typography. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
Security and HIPAA
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is limited to authorized team members. Docleus never accesses or processes protected health information (PHI) and is not a HIPAA business associate; our work uses only publicly available sources about you and your practice.
