1. Data controller

Docleus.com (“Docleus”), located in Denizli / Türkiye, processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal data we process

We process only your own contact and professional details. We never access or process patient data or protected health information (PHI).

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address.
• Professional information: specialty, city, clinic or organization name.
• Security: IP address, browser information, time of form submission.

3. Purposes

• Receiving your call request and contacting you.
• Preparing the visibility report for your specialty and area.
• Entering into and performing a service agreement.
• Meeting legal obligations and keeping the service secure.

4. Legal basis and collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract, our legitimate interests and, where required, your consent, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the laws of your own country.

5. Sharing

Your data is shared only with the email delivery providers strictly needed to run the service and with legally authorized authorities. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Retention

Call request data is kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; if a service agreement is signed, for the period required by applicable law. It is then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws may also exercise the rights granted by those laws.
